The Greens Lake is near to the hotel. They have on-site restaurant called Wise Kwai. We were allowed to use a handy kitchenette with a microwave, a refrigerator and a kettle.

Spacious and clean apartments. Excellent location with easy access to metro station and amenities. Friendly and helpful staff. Well-equipped kitchen with washing machine.

We were so glad we chose this place, it's a great spot for staying and the free WiFi was really useful.

The hotel has good location to the shopping malls.Their staff is good and helpfull.They allow us to check in early since we reached early befor the checking time by 4 hours also the allow us to stay late for 2 hours in the check out day.

The kitchen is not fully equiped with cooking tools for family to stay and cook for themself.the internet is not free in the hotel for the hotel guest.

This hotel in Dubai is located in a prime area on Sheikh Zayed Road, making it very convenient for guests. It's situated in a quiet residential area, which adds to its appeal. The rooms are well-equipped with basic amenities and have good kitchen facilities, including two bathrooms in some rooms. I also appreciated the attentive service from the friendly staff.

No major improvements needed, all was ok.

The hotel generally is fine. The space is suitable for a comfortable family stay. The view was good despite we were facing the back side of Shk. Zayed Road.

We asked to have the flat on the front side facing Skh. Zayed Road but there was no availability. Also there was no enough signage oustide the hotel showing its place, as we found many difficulties reaching to the hotel everyday.

The 2-bedroom apartment we stayed in was clean, well-maintained, and had all the necessary equipment in good condition. The kitchen amenities were impressive, with a microwave, refrigerator, and even a washing machine. Plus, the hotel is located in the TECOM area, which is a residential and quiet neighborhood, while still being conveniently near all the attractions in the city.

The hotel was better than my expectations. It's located near the tube station and very close to the shopping centers. I enjoyed it very much and recommend it to others specially to families.

The room size was satisfactory for two people and the breakfast was included. The hotel is located near the metro station which makes it easy to reach key locations. the staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

The room decor felt outdated and in need of an upgrade. The Wi-Fi signal was weak in the room and slow even when connected.
